We first engaged Errol Berman in 1997 for the lease negotiations for our first business, Energize Fitness. We were immediately impressed with Errol’s passion and professionalism. Since that time, Errol has represented us in numerous varied matters from commercial to employment issues, civil and criminal matters, small and large legal dilemmas. Our initial small business has exponentially grown over the years and we are now trading as Energize Health Club. We have opened additional businesses, rescued a business from liquidation, purchased existing businesses, subleased our business and more recently licensed out our brand to an independent operator. We have also had our fair share of legal disputes, some of which have led to mediation or court. And along every step of the way, Errol has been there to advise us. Not only do we highly rate Errol’s breadth of knowledge across many diverse issues, we have always appreciated his commitment to our cause and his passion for our business. We feel Errol’s costs are more than reasonable and his approachable style makes him a pleasure to work with. We have unconditionally referred him onto our families and friends and will continue to do so. Personally, we expect we will continue to use his services until the day he tells us he is retiring.
