Errol has practised as a solicitor in Sydney since 1982 and founded E Berman & Co (EB and Co) in 1984. Errol has extensive experienced in numerous legal areas including Family Law, Commercial Litigation, and Business. Errol was a partner in Parry Carrol Kanjian, a city practice, from January 1990 to December 1995 until he resumed practice as E Berman & Co in 1995.

Errol’s aim is to provide an efficient and cost-effective legal service with total dedication and commitment to his clients. Errol has undertaken pro bono work for his local community centre for many years and he recognises the importance of being able to contribute to society. Errol is also a notary public and a non practising mediator.

If acting in a disputed matter family law, Errol will strive to settle the matter at an early stage to minimise the costs payable by the client, and avoid court proceedings if possible.
Errol is married with 3 children and is a football (round ball), golf and Fitbit fanatic.

Sophia is currently in her Second Year, studying a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business at University of New South Wales. She joined E Berman & Co as a paralegal in November 2024 and has worked mainly with conveyancing, family law and probate matters, having been instrumental in ensuring settlements have proceeded like clockwork.

Sophia is heavily involved with the Business Faculty at UNSW and plays an active role as a Director.  In her spare time Sophia is a competent volleyballer and she keeps herself in shape at her local health club.  She enjoys socialising with her friends but during term she is hard at her studies which has allowed her to excel in her academic life at University.

Sophia intends to pursue her career as a commercial lawyer or in commerce with the benefit of her business background.
